Worker Bees visit Croxteth Farm

Some of our Worker Bees children had a great time visiting Croxteth Farm recently. They enjoyed exploring the different animals there including pigs, chicks, cows & even meerkats!! The children enjoyed feeding them too! Everyone had lots of fun posing for silly photos & ended the trip with a picnic and a yummy ice cream

The children in Bumble Bees have had lots of fun making their own beach and farm for their PLOD, the children enjoyed exploring in the messy play using their senses.

Busy’s Trip to the Farm

Our Busy Bees visited Acorn Farm last week and they had a fantastic day! They enjoyed feeding the goats, sheep and chickens and had fun on the play area. They also explored the sensory garden and enjoyed their lunch in the canteen.

Tea, anyone?

The children in Worker bees enjoyed picking their own tea for children’s choice, the children got involved making their own tea independently with their friends, making their own wraps.

Worker Bees visit Little Liverpool Gallery

Some of our Worker Bees children had a fabulous time exploring the museum. There was so much to see and learn including the alphabet wall, water play with a recycling & pollution theme, musical instruments & the children loved having a go at karaoke to a Beatles song! We are all very excited to go again soon!

Outdoor & cooking fun

Some of our parents & Grandparents visited nursery to take part in some fun outdoor activities with the children. Everyone enjoyed beanbag races, some of our parents had excellent balancing skills! We also involved everyone in an obstacle course race & some of the children enjoyed exploring the digging area with their parents & Grandparents. After burning off a lot of energy, we all went inside and all helped to make some yummy pizzas for tea.

Honeys enjoy muddy puddles week!

Although the weather was sunny, some of our Honey Bees children still managed to have lots of fun exploring muddy puddles in their welly boots. They also used diggers to move through the mud as well as jumping up & down making a very messy splash

Busy Bees visit Walton Hall Gardens

The children in Busy Bees had lots of fun on our trip to Walton Hall Gardens with their friends, the children enjoyed visiting the animals on the farm, naming all the animals they could see. The children also had lots of fun exploring the park and having a lovely picnic with their friends.
