The children had so much fun at our bonfire party on Tuesday!
All the children watched as the popcorn cooked on the fire, popping and banging just like fireworks!
We all really enjoyed tasting the popcorn too!
Honey Pot Garston has been following children’s interests in the mud kitchen which explores the senses while having fun in the rain.
We had lots of fun celebrating bonfire night in the nursery.
Some of us made our own firework pictures using various tools to make big splat patterns on the page!
We explored foam & food colouring to make firework patterns & we also played with a bonfire themed tuff tray & pretended to make our own s’mores!
Sarah’s group in Busy Bees had lots of fun exploring projected firework images & tried to copy them, making beautiful fireworks of their own.
The children at our Garston site all took part in a range of Halloween activities such as mark-making, pumpkin carving, duck apple and exploring in different messy play and tuff trays.
